Kathy Taylor

We all unconsciously learned coping mechanisms and habits from a young age that helped us survive. Kathy recognized her own patterns as protective responses meant to keep her safe as a child, but as an adult, the were keeping her stuck.
 
Through a deeper exploration of trauma, Kathy worked with her own body and nervous system, learning how to trust herself, mind and body, resulting in a more fulfilling approach to life with a greater sense of play.
 
Kathy incorporates the body, the brain, and the brilliance of horses in her practice working with highachieving women. For more than 13 years, Kathy has helped guide the transformation of more than 800 clients using scientifically-backed methods and by nurturing her clients’ self-trust and intuition.
