“Breathwork for Finding Your Joyous Spark”

How do you define a spark?

Everyone has a different way of moving through difficult or trying times and finding that passion to reignite your love of life.

In today’s episode, we dive into what a spark is and how breathing can help you find yours with our special guest, Becs Cronshaw.

We discuss the biodynamic breathwork that Becs uses and how it can help you find that spark every day, the importance of being present in the moment, and how to allow emotions to pass through us in a healthy way.

We’ll discuss how trauma and loss can create negative, overwhelming feelings and how YOU can take control back from them.
