Becs Cronshaw is a trauma coach, author of the book “Get Off The Treadmill” and survivor of childhood sexual abuse. Becs now supports other women on their healing journey from sexual trauma, to reclaiming their body, their sexuality and their NO. She has recently returned home to the UK after a few years of travel in Central America, to be reunited with her passion for baking and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
