Moving through grief is never that easy. You may find yourself lost and questioning what’s the point of living. Losing someone you deeply love feels like losing a part of who you are. In your mind, you think it’s not appropriate and disrespectful whenever you laugh and enjoy things after a loss. So instead of allowing yourself to feel a bit better, you often stay in that state of sadness, regret, remorse and other symptoms of grief. But no matter how you deal with it, in the end, you still have to make a decision on how you’re going to get to the other side.
Please watch and listen to our podcast today as our guest, Carol Banens, a certified Grief to Gratitude Coach, is here to share her life story of finding joy and purpose to get back and move forward with your life again.
