Episode 2304:

HOW TO WORK WITH YOUR VOICE
TO CREATE MORE JOY IN YOUR LIFE

HOW ELSE ARE WE GOING TO MOVE THROUGH THE WORLD
IF WE'VE LOST OUR ABILITY TO EXPRESS OURSELVES FREELY?

Society has taught us to mute our inner thoughts. And in doing so, we get used to not sharing our judgments, our thoughts, or our ideas. We were conditioned to please other people so we choose not to express ourselves to avoid any conflicts without realizing that it slowly robs us of our joy and our identity. Nelson Mandela says, “Live life as though nobody is watching, and express yourself as though everyone is listening”. So how can we express ourselves freely without damaging our relationships?

Please listen and watch our podcast as our guest, Jeremy De Tolly, Communication Coach, is here with us to help us achieve joy by expressing ourselves freely with confidence and clarity.
