Episode 2252:

how to create more happiness
in your relationships

What does "Being Right" Cost You In Your Relationships?

When conflict arises, all that matters to you is to prove your point! In a heated conversation, it feels like your blood is rising and your ears just shut off that all you can hear is yourself talking. Our tendency to fight back often leaves us in more conflict and confusion. Being in marriage takes a lot of work than just being married. Being in any kind of relationship requires a lot of listening than talking which is very challenging because everybody wants to be heard but not everyone wants to listen. We often describe communication as “speaking” or “talking” and so in two-way communication, listening becomes underrated. How can we really be happy in our relationships if this is always the case?

Our guest, Ann Visser,  a relationship coach and the founder of 4Better4Ever, is here with us on today’s podcast to share what it takes to build a healthy relationship and we can create more happiness while enjoying it.
